Well talk about an amazing team, they saved our holiday after our head gasket went on our camper van. We phoned unpacked and repacked into a 6 Berth within 2 hours. Amazing team behind BB motorhomes, very helpful, conscious we needed to head off so made everything so quick & smooth. Absolutely incredible experience with BB Motorhomes. I hired a motorhome to take my mum, on a special memory trip to Scotland. From the very first conversation, the team were so kind, down to earth, and genuinely cared about helping me make it happen. Accessibility was really important as my mum uses a wheelchair. I had originally chosen a different motorhome, but after chatting with Ian about the bed height, he suggested a more suitable one, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. It was my first motorhome trip, so I needed a bit of guidance along the way, and the support was amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and even extending our trip by an extra night was completely seamless. The motorhome itself was spotless, super comfy, and a joy to drive. We were also greeted with chocolates and a bottle of fizz, which was such a nice touch. But more than anything, they helped me create such precious memories with my mum, memories I’ll carry with me forever and my mum, absolutely loved every minute. Booked the 746 motorhome after being shown them all by Louise. Booking details were sent on a group chat for all involved and kept up to date with what was required and a detailed list of what was included in the van so you know what you need to pack. Picked up the van early morning with a handover from Ian, with complimentary chocolates and prosecco which is a lovely touch, then we were off. If your looking for a good Quality Motorhome, this is this place to Go.Just got back from a 5 day holiday around Scotland. Massive Credit to Paul,Lou and Ian. From the booking to the detailed information provided throughout 👏👏. They provide a choice of various vans, we went 743 which was a 4 berth, kitted out with everything you will need on your travels, from all the mod cons inside TV, multiple kettles, pots, pans, hoovers. Comes fully equipped with all cutlery, toiletries etc. Camping chairs, table, hose pipe, electric hook up! The service they provide is second to none and always on hand to help whilst on your trip!. Just to put in to perspective, Ian was currently stuck out in India and was still responding to messages via the WhatsApp Group! 5* from start to finish, great communication throughout our trip. Our first time in motorhome did a 850 mile round trip and great first experience, shown us everything we need to know, also on hand to phone when ever we needed. had no problems. Highly recommended. We had such a fantastic experience with BB Motorhomes! From start to finish the whole process was simple and stress-free. Everything we needed was included, and it really felt like they’d thought of absolutely everything.
